CHICAGO – Bears outside linebacker Khalil Mack will play Sunday against the Houston Texans at Soldier Field. Mack had been listed as questionable due to a shoulder injury. He missed practice Wednesday and Thursday, and was limited in practice Friday.
Bears receiver Darnell Mooney will also play Sunday, despite missing the entire week of practice due to a personal reason.
Inactive for the Bears on Sunday is cornerback Buster Skrine, offensive lineman Lachavious Simmons, nose tackle Daniel McCullers and outside linebacker James Vaughters.
Skrine is out with a concussion, while Vaughters is out with a knee injury. McCullers and Simmons are healthy scratches.
The Texans will be without receiver Brandin Cooks, who is out with foot and neck injuries. Also inactive for Houston is quarterback Josh McCown, cornerback Phillip Gaines, cornerback John Reid, tackle Charlie Heck, guard Hjalte Froholdt and tight end Pharaoh Brown.
