Victim's name released in vehicle accident with train in Granville

The name of the person killed in a vehicle incident with a train in Granville has been released.

Tobie L. Koch, 40, of Henry, died from injuries occurring when the vehicle she was driving collided with a westbound tanker freight train south of Granville Thursday, said Putnam County Death Investigator Bob Cofoid.

Putnam County Sheriff's Office, the Death Investigator's Office and Illinois State Police still are investigating the incident.
