SYCAMORE – The stores in downtown Sycamore will kick off the holiday season during the Moonlight Magic event to be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Nov. 20.
Storefront windows will “come alive” as local fine arts, theater and dance groups entertain holiday shoppers. Theater and dance groups from across the county will participate.
Live holiday windows and sales will be featured at the following businesses: Sweet Earth Jewelry and Gifts, Christian Connection, Lizzy’s Pink Boutique, Luxe Salon, Kramer’s Kitchen and Bath, Sycamore Antiques, Paulsen Appliance and Electronics, Rustic Roots, Made Just For You and more.
“This is our official kickoff of the holiday season in downtown Sycamore,” RoseMarie Treml, executive director of the Sycamore Chamber of Commerce, said in a news release. “It’s great to see families continuing the tradition of shopping together during this event. It’s about supporting our local economy and having fun with friends and family.”
