UMC Plano to host dinner fundraiser

Treat yourself to supper from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 14, at the United Methodist Church of Plano at 219 N. Hale St.

Fay’s Pork Chop Bar-B-Que will cook the dinner, and the United Methodist Church of Plano is sponsoring the event. Donations for dinners are $14 for a two-piece pork chop dinner; half-chicken dinner; or a combo dinner of one quarter chicken and one pork chop. All dinners include coleslaw, baked beans, applesauce and dinner roll. Dinners are drive-thru only.

You may buy tickets by calling the church office at 630-552-3700, calling Arlene at 630-327-8462 or stopping by Cooper Home Furnishings, 112 W. Main St., Plano (630-552-8288). There will be tickets available for at the dinner for $14. Donations will contribute to the Save the Windows Fund at the United Methodist Church of Plano.
